Reflection
Throughout “Introduction to Business Design” I got familiar with many tools like the Business Model Canvas, SWOT analysis, PESTEL, and the 7S Framework helped me critically evaluate businesses internal and external environment. The course taught me how to structure a business concept holistically, from defining customer segments and value propositions to analyzing revenue streams and cost structures. I gained insight into how to position a startup strategically while navigating challenges such as data privacy, AI reliability, and long-term user engagement. I also learned about the potential of IP (trademarks, copyrights, patents) to protect and strengthen a business. I saw the final assignment as another opportunity to look at a business with the strategy of organizing physical events, going beyond the digital products, to build a strong brand identity and user loyalty.
